Adam Wilson
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Co-Founder and Managing Director Adam Wilson is proud to say he’s worked his way up from the bottom. When it comes to mining, there’s very few jobs he hasn’t done – giving him a unique understanding of the industry and the people that work in it.
Adam has over 12 years’ experience in contract and owner/operator mining. This includes planning, mine management, production and development in underground mining.
Highly respected for his experience across all areas of mining operations, Adam brings to the team a strong focus on safety, client relationships, team leadership, efficiency and work ethics. Knowing what it takes to get the job done the way you need it done, Adam’s approach to building strong and enduring relationships ensures your business is positioned for long term success.
Kade Lang
CO-FOUNDER
These industry connections, along with his knowledge of mapping, surveying and dimensional control solutions, have been a great asset to our company and to our clients.
Since 2009, Kade has owned and operated a private company focused on Manufacturing and Logistics, servicing customers throughout Western Australia.
Barry Roff
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
A Finance executive with over 25 years of experience within the resource sector, Barry Roff has record of achievement within companies experiencing accelerated growth and restructure. Barry is a team-oriented leader who is results driven and excels on using his critical thinking to continuously improve the way businesses operate.
Barry is a Chartered Accountant (ANZ) with a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, and has vast experience including board and ASX reporting; financial modelling; business analytics; international accounting; business partnering; system implementations, and M&A.
Joining KCA in 2024, his experience in working with all levels supports the leadership and development of the team.
Clinton Jack
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Starting out as a trade mechanic in 1998, Clinton’s experience in supervising & managing mine sites and workshops stretches nearly 15 years.
Thanks to deep industry connections, a strong eye for detail and an unrivalled understanding of underground, surface and civil equipment, Clinton’s expertise ensures your team can get the right equipment every time.

With several years’ experience as an underground miner, Chris understands the needs of both KCA clients and employees.
As our Client Success Manager, Chris drives client satisfaction and retention by ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive relationship management, and strategic support to maximize value from products and services.

GENERAl MANAGER PEOPLE AND CULTURE
A specialist in Recruitment, General Manager Danielle Bond also has a comprehensive understanding of all areas of business – Accounts, Job Costing, HR, HSE, Labour Hire and Maintenance Contracts, Recruitment, Mobilisation and Management.

Mark is a Caterpillar-trained plant mechanic with more than 30 years’ experience leading maintenance teams across both surface and underground mining.
With well-honed skills in performance metrics, benchmarking and standards development, Mark specialises in strategic planning that helps clients get the most from their assets. His expertise ensures equipment runs at peak utilisation, reliability and safety—while driving cost efficiency for long-term operational success.
