A Finance executive with over 25 years of experience within the resource sector, Barry Roff has record of achievement within companies experiencing accelerated growth and restructure. Barry is a team-oriented leader who is results driven and excels on using his critical thinking to continuously improve the way businesses operate.

Barry is a Chartered Accountant (ANZ) with a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, and has vast experience including board and ASX reporting; financial modelling; business analytics; international accounting; business partnering; system implementations, and M&A.

Joining KCA in 2024, his experience in working with all levels supports the leadership and development of the team.

Starting out as a trade mechanic in 1998, Clinton’s experience in supervising & managing mine sites and workshops stretches nearly 15 years.

Mark is a Caterpillar-trained plant mechanic with more than 30 years’ experience leading maintenance teams across both surface and underground mining.

His expertise ensures equipment runs at peak utilisation, reliability and safety—while driving cost efficiency for long-term operational success.

Darryl is a highly diverse, results-driven leader with extensive experience across the mining, construction, and maintenance sectors. Having recently delivered works on a major construction project for a Tier One Iron Ore client in the Pilbara, Darryl brings a strong track record of leading teams, building client relationships, and delivering operational excellence in demanding environments.

With over 15 years' experience in the mining industry, Darryl has developed broad expertise spanning Fixed Plant Operations, Dewatering, Shutdowns, Maintenance, and Project Delivery. His hands-on industry knowledge, combined with his commercial and leadership capabilities, enables him to successfully align operational objectives with business outcomes.

A specialist in recruitment and business operations, Danielle Bond has extensive experience across finance, job costing, HR, HSE, labour hire, maintenance contracts, mobilisation, and operational management.

With more than 16 years of mining industry experience, Danielle’s commercial knowledge and practical leadership have been instrumental in driving business performance, supporting team development, and ensuring KCA consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for both clients and employees.
